The Executive Summit is the premier business event of the year! For 2020, the virtual Summit will be held from 9-11:30 AM on Thursday, November 12, and on Friday, November 13.

The event is attended by hundreds of Utah Valley leaders and includes keynotes and rapid-fire updates from areas of vital importance to our businesses and to our community.

For 2020, attendees will also select an expert-guided, topic-driven, interactive breakout session designed to identify solutions and provide resources customized to their executive interests and needs.

About Mark

Mark Campbell is internationally recognized across top performers and industries for his success with individuals and organizations in enhancing mental and emotional performance – in all areas of life - through wellness, mindfulness, and performance psychology. His career highlights:
  • Director of Mental Training for the Army Adaptive Recondition Program, including the Warrior Games, using mental skills to optimize adaptive sport performances.
  • Senior Subject Matter Expert to all branches of service for the Military Adaptive Sports Program at the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
  • Lead planner for the Warrior Games and Prince Harry’s Invictus Games.
  • Worked with military and government leaders from 14 Allied nations to develop transition programs for their wounded warrior populations.
  • Member of the 2019 World Series Champion Washington Nationals baseball club.
  • Currently in his fifth season as the Director of Mental Conditioning for the Nationals, bringing his extensive experience to the Nationals, helping to enhance mental and emotional performances on and off the field.
  • Member of the Professional Baseball Performance Psychology Group (PBPPG).
  • Contributing editor to mindful.org.
  • Holds multiple bachelor's degrees (English and communications, exercise science and sports medicine) and a master's degree in sport and exercise psychology.
  • Currently completing his PhD in Health Promotion and Wellness from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah.

She has trained thousands of individuals and is highly sought for her specific experiences with the development of diversity plans, supplier diversity programs, and culture climate surveys.
