Monthly Event Sponsorship for the Provo Orem Chamber

Monthly: First Friday Forum

• Event: Members learn and network over lunch on the first Friday of every month
• Sponsorship: $500
• Name & Logo on all publicity materials, newsletter stories, and press releases
• Name & Logo in Friday Facts for 2 consecutive weeks
• Name & Logo on a banner at the forum and on table cards on each table
• Exclusive rights to give handouts and flyers
• Three to five minutes for an introduction of your business

Monthly: Business After Hours

• Event: Chamber & community members network at a local restaurant or business every third Thursday of the month
• Sponsorship: Location and Food
• Restaurant donates the location and food

January: The Winter Gala

• Event: Members put on their black ties for the formal annual chamber board installation banquet
• Sponsorship: $500 & $1,000

May: The Smoot Awards

• Event: Prominent business and community leaders of Provo are honored for their service throughout the past year
• Sponsorship: $500

June: The Chamber Challenge Golf Tournament

• Event: Community members take to the green in the golf event of the year
• Sponsorship: $2500, $1000, $500 sponsors and various door prizes
• Typically have 150 participants

July: Taste of the Valley

• Event: Community members take advantage of the opportunity to sample food from various restaurants in this 17th annual outdoor affair

August: Chamber Luau

• Event: Members say aloha to an evening of networking

September: Executive Summit

• Event: An entire day of business education and networking

October: The Watkins Awards

• Event: Orem leaders are recognized for their service and success
