Local American Family Insurance agency is growing and looking for more awesome team members!

Sales & Customer Service Specialist:
$12-$14 per hr + bonuses

Full Time: Monday- Friday
 
Main job duties:
  • Work and follow up on insurance leads generated within the agency
  • Handle incoming client sales needs
  • Cross-sell & up-sell recommended products & offerings
  • Handle all incoming client service needs
     
    Necessary skills and/or background:
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Upbeat & positive attitude
  • Excellent Customer service skills
     
As a Sales & Customer Service Specialist you will be working with our insurance customers and handling their sales and service needs. We believe in protecting our client’s dreams properly and looking for someone who loves helping others!
