Utah Valley Chamber Upcoming Events
Regularly Scheduled Events
- New Member Orientation – This FREE luncheon begins at noon in the chamber offices and is usually held the second Wednesday of the month. This is an opportunity for new members to meet the chamber president and receive information on chamber committees and events.
- Friday Forum – This event is usually held every first Friday of the month. Location will vary. The Mix-and-Mingle, an opportunity to network with others, begins at 8:00 a.m. and the breakfast begins at 8:30am with a guest speaker following.
- Government Review Council – This council monitors pending legislation and issues of interest and concern to the business community. The council represents chamber membership with official Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce stands on legislative bills.
- Women's Business Network – Networking luncheons are held on the third Thursday at 11:30 a.m. Luncheons are held at various restaurants around Provo and Orem. New members are encouraged to join.
- Eggs & Issues – The Eggs & Issues breakfasts are hosted by Intermountain Healthcare at the Northwest Plaza. The sessions are held from 7:30-9:00am on the six Saturdays throughout the legislative session. The breakfasts are a forum discussion between legislators and business leaders about issues impacting the business community.
- Business After Hours – Usually held every third Thursday of the month from 5-7 p.m. A local restaurant and The Provo Orem Chamber co-sponsor and host this networking event. The location varies.
- Leads Group – All members of the Chamber are invited to come network and share leads one with another. The leads groups are designed to present a comfortable atmosphere where business leaders can come together and form business relationships.
- The Big Business and Technology Expo at UVU – March 5 & 6 – The Big Business and Technology Expo has earned the reputation as the best business show in the state. It consistently draws a high quality audience and attendance figures have risen for 5 years straight. Enjoy a high number of quality decision makers. Top keynotes are always a signature of this event as is the free catered food for everyone with admission. The Expo maintains an average attendance of 5,000 – 7,000 people each year.
- Chamber University – The Chamber University provides free business seminars to all Chamber Members on the fourth Thursday of every month at the Old County Courthouse.
